Training 9/6/12

Sleep 930p-430a.  Took some time to fall asleep.  Tired upon waking.

Afternoon @ OPT ~1:30 west coast time

A1. Back squat @31x2; 5x125lbs, 5x135lbs, 5x145lbs.
A2. Weighted pull-up @ 22x0; 2-3 reps x 5 sets. 35# x 3, 45# x 3, 53# x 2, 53# x 2, 45# x 3
