Rest Day Hike

Sleep 8:30/9-5a

All I want for Christmas is a pair of thumbs.

Hoka isn't too thrilled to snuggle with Lloyd. 

Rest day today & first day of cycle.    In the afternoon headed out with Corey & the dogs to Bent Creek for a 70 minute Z1 hike. Weather was great!
