1 1/4 back squat 5RM, Snatch off High Blocks, UB MU PRCas

50% about 110-135 watts, 85% ~175-220 watts. 
Somewhere around 320 total cals??  Maybe 340. Forgot to record.

A. 1 1/4 back squat; build to a 5rm
155x5, 175x5.   elbows were doing that weird forward shift at 175 and I wasn't sure if I was going to get out back up on the 5th.  


B. Squat snatch from high blocks 2 reps x5; rest 2 min
65, 85, 95, 100, 105, 110 (missed the first one). Once I got to 105, my brain wasn't as confident with where to drive from & I started breathing twice before each rep.

Hit 8 ub muscle-ups at the end of the session.  Didn't intend to go for a big set when I got up in the rings, but pull was feeling powerful so I went for a new record. 10 next time!
