Called it after 6. I wasn't horribly struggling or anything, but was just done with focusing to work hard & it just seemed like an appropriate amount. (the pros/cons of distance coaching :) Taking into account I asked a bit more of my nervous system with the extra reps of deadlifts last night. Going in I wasn't sure if I was going to hit any.... Definitely irritable and about to start cycle. On a positive I can feel my aerobic base keeps getting bigger and bigger while still gaining strength. Onward!
