Training 9/16

Started lady cycle about 1a which means I didn't sleep much after that.  Up every hour and then up for good at 4.  Thankfully I went to bed at 8:30.  Asleep b/w 9 & 9:30.  Felt like I was in a haze most of the day.

A. Back Squat Cluster @ 30X1; 3.3.3x2, rest 2 min
165 for both sets. Video of 2nd set. 


B. Squat Snatch TnG - add per set; 5-5-5, rest 2 min
85, 95, 105

11amC. EMOM for 12 min
odd - 5 ub muscle-ups
even - HS walk 15m-20m
Got through first 2 sets of MU for 5, then 3, 3, 4, 3. 
HS Walk...I've been doing 15-40ft.  Would not have finished the 15m in 60s so I did max distance in 30s
turned out to be: 30ft, 26ft, 28ft, 20ft, 8ft and then the final minute I went the full 60s for 36ft. No never more than 10-12m.

A. Hang power snatch - build to max in few sets from below the knee
65, 85, 95, 105F, 105, 115F
B. Power snatch TnG x6 EMOM for 6 min - add per set  88, then down to 83x5.  Catch position didn't feel great.  First 3 reps felt powerful and then some struggle set in. 
C. Clean and jerk cluster; 1.1 tough EMOM for 10 sets - waveload as needed
Gradually built in weight.  Jerk feeling MUCH better. Power clean and split jerk for all.

15 min @80%:
25 cal AD
10 wall walks
30 KBS 1.5pd

2 Rounds even. First round ~7:25.  
AD 2 min then 2:10
Wall walks feeling stronger in this position with better push off floor, but generally not speedy. 
KBS were 12, 12, 6 then 13, 9, 9
