A. Back Squat @30X2 2x6 sets with tight bands and 25#/side; rest 2:30
Done. I don't think I'm getting enough tension on the bands.
B. Squat Clean thruster - build to a 2RM
95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145 F on overhead of 2nd rep
rest 2 min
C. 1 squat clean thruster every 30 sec @90% of B for 10 min
135 felt solid so I did 90% based off a potential 140x2 and used 125lbs. Felt really good here. Not a problem to do reps every 30s.

A. Back Squat - build to a max in 8 min
165, 185, 205, 215, F @ 220
+
90 wall balls 14# to 10ft for time
4:00. Splits 30, 5, 5, 5, (1:58 at halway) 8, 7, 7, 9, 14. During the last 14 I told myself, "Pretend this matters for something. Show that you CAN. Keep deciding to catch, squat, throw....one rep at a time over and over...done!...That wasn't so bad." :) Learning more and more that I'm getting to a point or perhaps I'm at a point where it's now a matter of continually deciding to "do work" and keep reaching for one more rep again and again.
Burning in the shoulders was my biggest limiter.

PM
8 min amrap:
15m single arm farmer's walk L heavy
15m single arm farmer's walk R heavy
10 log push press
95lbs for FW. Empty log is 65lbs. These were really tough, but definitely what I need for some mid-back strength/mobility.
Complete 5 sets + 5 PP.

Lots of morning programming plus a delicious breakfast...sometimes I can successfully multi-task, but only with lots of timers to remind me that something is cooking! :)
