9/2 Back squats, Snatches, Power snatch TnGx4

Ate breakfast on my walk to work this morning! Two slices breakfast ham w/banana and nut butter.
7AM
A. Back Squat 3-2-2-1-1-1, rest 2 min
3x185, 2x195, 2x205, 1x215-was feeling solid until this point and then decided to go up 5lbs. F@220, 1x205-ended up being tough here.


9am
B. Squat Snatch x3/Hang Squat Snatch x2; rest 2 min; 3 sets
85, 95, 105-F first 2 snatches here. Using men's bar as that is what I'll have to use in competition next month.

CTB chin ups
double unders
Video gets propped back up again in later rounds. Did 3-5 extra reps in 21 as I was close but not quite touching chest. Tripped once during 21 DUs.

75, 95, 105, 110F on 4, 110x4 tough. Again using men's bar for all snatch work over next month to prep for BeerCity Beatdown equipment.

B. Snatch pulls 1-1-1, rest 3 min - heavier than last
145, 155, 165lbs


C. GH Raises @21X2 6-12x2, rest 90 sec
15lbsx12, 20lbs x 9
