Rest Day 11/25/12

Sleep 9:30-6:30a no alarm.


Had a 70 minute hike at Bent Creek with Hoka.  Corey took Lloyd with him as they went climbing with friends.  After being gone all last weekend I wanted a day to lay low at home.  Felt good.

Cooking all my veggies these days.
