Was having .a  Khalipa moment here  Ok maybe not that bad.  Was focused on pushing the edge to see if I could finish the last round in sub 430 and next thing I know I am missing snatches left and right.  I feel like I typically know my edge as to when I am ready to hit the next rep, but especially when I don't have any misses I question if I held back too much.  But today I tried to push the edge and the last round took longer than the first two.  Perhaps the learning is to trust myself.
