Sleep not great. About fell asleep on couch at 8p then in bed at 8:30. Still awake at 10 -1 took 1 melatonin probably then asleep by 10:30 or so. Woke up several times 2:30, 3;30, alarm at 4a which I was still awake when it went off. Never felt like fell into deep sleep. Opened today & still tend to get anxious when tired the night before. Been awhile since this has happened, but sometimes I'm still a head case around sleep.

Done. Felt solid. C2B BF are definitely the main culprit for my right shoulder irritation. Today was the first time I had any irritation or clicking in a long time and we haven't done these since it stopped bugging me. First noticed it set 3 or 4 on like the 4th or 5th rep and then every set after about the same rep in. Was using double pronated grip until last round and then I supinated the right. Clicking still there with supinated grip.
