12/12 PM Hang Clean 170, Press Clusters 105


Noon PM
A. Hang power clean 2-2-2-1-1-1; rest 2 min
145, 155, 160 x 2, 165 x 1, 170 -squat cleaned twice-still stoked to be able to just switch over and stand up the squats.  Progress! 

B. Deadlift 8 TnG 140# EMOM for 10 min
Done ~10-11s/set
C. Press @12X2: 1.1.1.1.1x5; rest 15 sec/rest 2 min
85, 95, 100, 105-made it but tough. (Video) Went back to 100 for last set.
