In a much better mental place than last week. Biggest worry was how the C2B were going to be, as we haven't done any volume work with those since my shoulders started bugging me. But all the static upper body pulling work allowed my shoulders to feel great…no clicking at all! And despite not practicing any butterfly C2B in weeks to months the rhythm was still there.
Toughest part was refocusing once I got through the round of 14s. Didn't fight on the first set of 16 pull-ups, but pulled it together to get the OHS UB again a few more pull-ups at the end.
As always I'm always wondering how much more I could have pulled off, but pleased with how I did today & that my shoulder is feeling good afterwards.
Two weeks down, three to go!
The sun is shining & the mountain are calling…headed out for afternoon hike!
