Training 3/6/12

Sleep 7:30-4a

Throat was sore in the evening on Monday and again upon awakening Tuesday, but energy is improving.

Training @ 10am

A. FS Cluster @ 30X0; 1.1.1.1 x 4; rest 4 min - fast out of bottom  125/135/145/145 



B. weighted chin ups mixed grip @ 22X0; 2-3 x 4; rest 3 min +25lbs, +30lbs, +35lbs+40lbs all by 3 
C. 100 lunges easy pace to finish 1:18/2:38 overall easy 

Hiked an hr ez with the muts.  
Oh!  And....I'm out of my muscle-up slump.  Did 4 sets of 3 today in about a 5 minute period.  Felt powerful & turn out felt better too. No misses! Corey said there was no one to show off for on Saturday afternoon.  :)
