Thursday PM

I missed a couple ring dip workouts over the past week or so.  Tonight I was coaching the ID Floor in the evening so I went in a bit early & did some quick training.

5 T2B
5 UB strict ring dips
7:40

Rest exactly 2:30

10 Rounds:
5 GHD sit-ups
3 UB strict ring dips
5:30

Felt good.
