Had a great 2 hour hike with this lovely little girl and her folks this afternoon.

Solid sleep.  ~ 7.5 hours. 
Coached 7&8am. 

9AM
A. Back squat @30X1; 1-2x6; rest 3 min
2x175, 185, 195 1x205, 215, 220....tough!

B. 3 position snatch - high hang, paused below knee, from floor; 4 sets; rest 2 min
(35, 65, 75), 85, 95, 105, 110-missed 1st from the floor, then hit 2nd. 

C. DB one arm row @31X0; 3-4x3; rest 1 min btw arms
45, 55, 60lbs x 4

A. Hang power clean 1,1,1,1,1; rest 2 min
I do not completely remember what I had here.  Did a fairly slow build & want to say I dropped into a squat at either 155 or 160 and called it.

odd - 10 ring dips
even - 6 TnG deadlifts 185#
ring dips are one of my trouble spots for the left shoulder.  Made it through 10 on first 3 sets.  Then 7/3, 6/2/2, 5/2/1/1/1. Videos of set 2 & 6-video says Min 5 but it's the last. ROM isn't great & bothersome to shoulder unless I hold rings in really tight to my torso.

12 min amrap:
60 burpees over bar
40 power clean 75#
20 muscle-ups
~80% effort.  630p at this point and I needed to get to sleep to open the next day so I moved through.  Burpees done ~ 4:40. Power Cleans 8/6/6 and another 3 sets for 2nd set of 20. 
Had 3:45 or so for MUs.  Did all singles.  Left shoulder not happy in turn over to the catch position so didn't play with any big kipping or linking tonight. No misses.  Completed 11 MU.
