Solid sleep.  ~8:30-5a.  Relaxed morning of watching the recording of 14.2 announcement.  
Hoka looking for some afternoon couch time.

Didn't know exactly how I was going to break this up, but also didn't have any plan to go UB.  Thought I would do snatches UB on first round since there isnt' any reason for me to break.  When I finished the first round I told myself to transition quick & that I could break at 4 and do 2s as needed.  But then I picked the bar up and felt really good as I got going so did all 8 and got back to the box. When I finished the 2nd round at 2 minutes I got excited that maybe I could break 3 for the whole thing.  Knocked out the 3rd set of snatches UB without much issue. Had 30s for the box jumps & told myself to push to average just under 3s/rep. Stayed focused til the end and made it in 2:59.  
Fun workout.  Felt good.
