3/6 160lbs Squat clean thruster & push jerk

3/6-back to 9 hours of sleep last night.  felt great. 

10AM
A. Back squat @10X1; 50% 1rm; 3 reps; 10 sets; 40 sec rest
Done at 120lbs. Felt decent speed today. 
B. Squat clean thruster 2,2,1,1; rest 90 sec
(2x65, 85, 105, 115, 125), 2x 135, 145 -only regained hook grip on one hand going into 2nd rep at 145...was tough to finish, but got it. 
155, 160 x 1. 
Thought about jumping to 165, but decided to hit 160 which is a PR first. Done. 

C. Wtd neutral grip chin up @21X0; 1,1,1,1; rest 2 min
(w/u 27x2) 37 42, 46, 51-all feels fine except a bit discomfort to hang in bottom. 
 

5PM
A. Push jerk 1,1,1,1; rest 2 min   (35, 65, 85, 105, 125, 135 x 2) 145, 155, 160, F @ 165. Don't feel great dropping underneath in the push jerk.  So while push-press is heavier at 165lbs this was a 10lbs PR as previous push-jerk best was 150lbs off blocks awhile back. 

B. Snatch grip deadlift + snatch pull; 1.1x4; rest 90 sec
(w/u 125 x 2), 155, 165, 170, 175 
C. Deadlift TnG 230#x3 every 90 sec for 5 sets

Done. Felt good.
