Sunset Cliffs Sunset.

Still not feeling great.  Another 9 hours of sleep, but glands are still swollen & throat still sore.

Finished 15 or 16 get-ups.   Did 5 or 6? R/4L, 4R-was on Left when time ended. 

Tired of feeling sick so made an acupuncture appoint with Jess from the gym which helped me clear out some junk last spring.  It's been a full 8 days now so I'm ready to move on.   I restocked on liquid Vit D and found my bottle of Echinecea & Goldenseal so I started pounding shots of that.  Tired of feeling run down & just sleep & water hasn't' been doing the trick.
