Sleep: Not sure what time I fell asleep. I first fell asleep with Lloyd probably between 8&9p & woke up around 10p & went into my room. From there I was up at midnight & again at 4am. Light sleep from 4a until 5 when I got up.
HRV 77/amber. I don't feel all that off, but showing a bit run down.

Felt great. Started out somewhat conservative, but it also didn't feel easy early on. I didn't do any warm-up so that is probably why it didn't feel so hot in the beginning. Found my groove as the sets when on.
