5 sqt snatch 105 1st rnd:5UB, 2nd rnd: 2ubF, 2ub, 1. Then 3rd rnd: 2UB, F, 1, F, 1, 1. 
10 pistols smooth & ub
10 ring dips all ub
20 ghd sit ups   all consistent & ub
7:20 overall
Felt great tonight.  Snatching has never felt better. Lost a bit of focus on snatches 3rd round.  I didn't need to have those misses, but timing was a touch off.
