Pretty tired & unmotivated. 
A. Build to a tough single front squat
155lbs, 165lbs, 170lbs, 175lbs tough so called it.

8:51 or 8:55.  I can't remember.  My old time was 9:33 from last December. 
Started with 29 then it was a bunch of sets of 5 with only about three in the range of 7-10.  I never walked away from the ball except maybe once that I can remember, but otherwise stayed with it.  Just broke it up way too much.  Shoulders & legs were burning more than I remembered before.  Burning would set into the legs early on in reps and I was not mentally tough to push through it and keep catching the ball.
