Quick warm-up and then I procrastinated a bit before embracing one of my favorite exercises: wall balls...150 of them for time. 14lbs to 10' They actually felt better than they ever have. I hit 25 straight to kick it off which is definitely the most I've done consecutively at that height/weight.
My reps were something like this: 25,35,50 (2:15), 60, 70 (3:40), 80, (4:20), 90, 100, 108, 116, 126, 138, 150. (9:33)
Or splits for every 50 went something like: 2:15, 3:30, 3:43.
Will be faster next time.
