Training 12/28/11 Practice

Training around 8am
strict muscle up practice -10 min

No muscle ups today.  I've never done a "strict" MU as I depend on my kip and then at the end of the attempts I couldn't get a kipping MU either.  Oddly the last time I did muscle-ups I hit a PR.  I wasn't too bent out of shape over today.  All in time.

HS walk practice - 10 min.  Felt good.  Had some consistent sets of approximately 15-20m.

DU speed practice - 10 min - no more than 20/set    I used this time to set aside my faithful BuddyLee Aerospeed rope and try out the lighter cable rope for the first time.   Felt good.  Was hitting 20 in about 10s.
