Sleep ok, but not optimal 6-7 hrs. Coaching more this week with two coaches out of town. Felt sluggish for workout.
A. 1 1/4 back squat 4, 3, 2, 4, 3, 2; rest 2:30

The second set of 4 @ 160lbs took a lot out of my legs. Stayed there for the final set of 3 & still felt tough but decided to go up & repeat the 170x2. Tough but completed.
B. Bent over underhand grip barbell rows @41x2, 4-5x5; rest 2 min
65/70/70/65x5 for all
C. Amrap 1-5 unbroken CTB chin ups in 7 min
3 reps shy of 6 rounds. Had to repeat the round of 4 of round 4 or 5 as I missed my chest on the last. More or less just a lack of focus at that point. Butterfly kip was not working for me today. I could have been more aggressive in the beginning there was definitely some pacing going on there. Wasn't sure how the 7 min would feel.
D. Snatch grip OH walking lunges 14, 14, 14, 14; rest 90 seconds
45, 55, 60, 65lbs. wobbly. Hips kicking out a bit at 65lbs.
My right hip was sore later in the evening after this training session. I did some short sprints playing tag in the afternoon with the kids at the camp we're doing CF Kids stuff at this week.
