120704 Wednesday Prowler Wk #3

I was excited for this workout today. I pushed 95lbs around a bit on Monday & felt good with it. However, I quickly bit the dust today. After listening to what James had to say about warm-ups I realize that I may have suffered due to inadequate warm up. I didn't really do much beforehand other than push the prowler to the starting position & then I got going. First couple felt great & then on the 3rd I literally hit a wall....& couldn't keep it going after about 35m. If I would have primed my NS a bit more it may have turned out better in my favor....& not the prowler's domination of me. :) In time I WILL OWN THE PROWLER! :)
