9/12, 9/13 12 Rep Back Squat + EMOM Power Hour.

A. Back squat w/chains 135#+chains @30X2; 2 reps; 7 sets; rest 2 min Done.  Didn't feel all that speedy. 



B. In max 3 sets build to a 12 RM BS - MAX 1 sec pause at top
135 then 150.  The 1s at the top max rest is my limiter.

Sleep. ~10p-5:30a.  Woke up before alarm.

odd - 3 TnG power clean 75% 1RM
even - 1 rope climb 15'

odd - 6 kb snatch 1.25pd (3/arm, R, then L)
even - 8 db push press 35#/h

even - AD 20 sec 95%   RPMs
